This sculpture is made out of heat manipulated Lexan plastic, sharpie coloring, and lights some with color and some without, that shine through the sculpture from below. The shape of the piece mimics the shape of a scorpion. This sculpture refracts the lights that shine into it, creating a mosaic of colors and shapes on the surrounding surfaces, juxtaposing its threatening scorpion form with alluring shapes of light and color.
